We focus on activating and maintaining communities, finding new solutions for our customers and partners to create added value in both digital and analogue worlds. Through Brands for Employees, we offer the leading solution for employee benefits; we reach all university and college students with Brands for Students, and in collaboration with Twint, we execute the majority of Twint Superdeals.

With 80 employees across Switzerland and Europe, we generate mid double-digit million sales and have maintained an average growth rate of 70% over the past 4 years. Recognized with the SEF.Growth High Potential Label by the Swiss Economic Forum, we are successfully expanding in Switzerland and abroad.

We are seeking a committed, development-oriented individual for the position of Account Manager in Product Sales. Your responsibilities will include selecting the best products for our platforms, negotiating prices and conditions with suppliers, and expanding a strong network. You will plan and manage campaigns, optimize their performance, and monitor sales targets. Daily tasks also involve analyzing sales data, optimizing product mixes, and developing pricing and margin strategies. If you have excellent communication skills, a structured work approach, and enjoy increasing sales and profits in your product category, this is the role for you

We will give you insights into:

* Building and maintaining a sustainable, strategic supplier network.
* Negotiating prices, conditions, and product specifications to ensure attractive offers.
* Coordinating the planning, implementation, and execution of campaigns with partners.
* Ensuring a competitive, target group-oriented product range and continuously optimizing it.
* Achieving target sales and ensuring the economic performance of campaigns.
* Identifying new business opportunities through trade fairs, market analyses, or networking events.


Campaign Management

* Developing strategies to increase sales and profit in your product category.
* Creating and managing annual plans, forecasts, and budgets.
* Analyzing sales data and market trends for optimization.
* Monitoring and improving campaign processes for efficiency and success.


Your profile

* Mindset: Deep understanding of business and e-commerce processes, recognizing potential in product categorization and campaign planning to actively increase sales and profits.
* Reliability & Work Style: High self-motivation, hands-on mentality, structured and responsible work approach, strong analytical skills, and market/customer trend awareness.
* Professional experience: Knowledge and experience in e-commerce, category management, data analysis, and supplier management, including negotiating terms and developing strategic campaigns.
* Educational background: Commercial apprenticeship plus further training in category management, purchasing, or sales.
* IT Proficiency: Confident in digital tools for data analysis and campaign planning (e.g., Excel, CRM, e-commerce platforms), familiar with digital processes.
* Language Skills: Excellent German (spoken and written), proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
