CERTIFICATED SUBSTITUTE TEACHER ON-CALL/AS NEEDED
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate.
* Ability and desire to work with students and families from a diverse cultural, social and economic background.
* Must be willing to follow lesson plans and maintain classroom order.
* Must be willing to use the AESOP substitute system.
* Working home or cell phone required.
* Internet highly preferred for online AESOP substitute system.
* Must be at least twenty-one years of age.
REQUIREMENT FOR EMPLOYMENT
A background check through the FBI and WSP. Toppenish School District require Emergency Substitute Teachers to complete one-day training before being assigned.
