We are looking for a few key SDRs in the United States for SaaS sales to book software demo appointments with key decision makers. Few applicants will qualify, so please read the requirements carefully.
You must have the following sales capabilities:
You excel at cold-calling, reaching decision-makers, building trust quickly, and setting up qualified meetings.
Must proactively build a pipeline of qualified new opportunities and are expected to make 80+ touches per day, including phone calls, voicemails, personalized emails, LinkedIn connection requests, etc.
Resourceful, flexible, accountable, well organized, and pays rigorous attention to detail.
You exercise good Judgment and Time Management skills, are collaborative, and feel confident setting meetings with a “one-call close.”
Must have prior success calling the C-Suite and Directors in a highly competitive market while overcoming resistance.
Experience calling on Directors of CRE & CFOs is a bonus.
Positions are 100% remote.
Must be willing to have video calls on Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams.
Must be willing to start work at 8:30 AM EST, and EST-based candidates are preferred.
Must be US-based.

Responsibilities
Drive business growth by generating a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads through targeted outbound outreach (80+ outbound touches per day) to Director & C-Suite level executives
Cold outreach touches will include phone calls, emails & LinkedIn messaging
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for our account executives
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to track and report on lead-generation activities
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Research prospects, their company, and their pain points
Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
Qualifications Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Exceptional phone and email communication skills
Experience in Commercial Real Estate is a plus, but not mandatory
Proficiency in using CRM and sales automation tools
Ability to nurture and maintain relationships with Directors & C-Suite Executives
Solid time management, organizational, and analytical skills
Self-starter with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable working remotely and independently
