Inside Sales Manager Role Overview
This key account management position focuses on developing strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and expand market share in the Swiss German-speaking region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Become an expert in your assigned verticals/regions, identifying key influencers and decision-makers within customer and partner organizations.
* Utilize negotiation skills to create mutually beneficial agreements and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
* Maintain existing clients by enhancing their experience with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise products and services.
* Develop accurate sales forecasts aligned with business objectives, including quarterly commitments.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have up to 10 years of experience in IT sales, particularly in Data/Networking/Cloud industries with key accounts. Formal sales training or equivalent hunting experience is required. You should possess excellent networking skills, strong commercial focus, and proficiency in German and English. French and/or Italian are a plus.
