Lead Front-End Developer (Next.js) 50-100%

You will take on the following responsibilities and tasks:
Your responsibilities
Leading front-end development of web applications with a focus on user experience
Developing innovative UI functions, prioritizing usability and engagement
Expertly using various markup languages for robust web application creation
Collaborating in an interdisciplinary team coordinating with our back-end developer, frontend developer, DevOps, UI designer, Product Owner, and CTO for cohesive project outcomes
Leading the frontend development of our company
Reusable code libraries for future efficiency
Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
Your Profile
Very good knowledge of Next.js (preferred) or React
Experience with Turbo (Stimulus)
Profound handling of Vanilla.js
Flawless knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
Good knowledge of Vue.js as well as TypeScript
Asynchronous request processing, partial page updates and AJAX
Good understanding of trends in front-end development and related development languages
Problem-solving skills and flexibility due to changing technologies
Experiences working in scrum and strong in self-management
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Writing clean, reusable code
A strong commitment to quality, with a focus on Test-Driven Development (TDD) for robust software solutions
Capable of conceptualizing and developing web applications
An accurate and efficient work approach
A heightened sense of responsibility, paired with excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong will to participate
Good at problem-solving, critical thinking, and efficient task/time management
Skilled in coaching and fostering innovation
