Responsibilities
* Develop consulting strategies for digitalization of business models, products, processes, and organizational structures in the energy industry.
* Assess and reframe complex requirements at the intersection of client departments and IT.
* Support project planning and implementation of digital strategies, including conducting workshops and training sessions.
* Contribute to market development and innovation projects, supporting sales and networking activities.
Qualifications
* Degree in Business Informatics, Economics, or related field, preferably with a focus on energy economics.
* At least five years of experience in the energy sector or energy consulting.
* Knowledge of energy markets, project management (including agile methodologies), and certifications like Scrum, PMP, or IREB.
* Excellent German and good English skills; French is a plus.
