Job Description
Lead the global supply chain organization, steering and guiding regional management supply chain teams in close cooperation with Regional Presidents, Area Vice Presidents, and Global Division Presidents.
Interface with key principals and customers, overseeing and developing an international supply chain team across all regions to ensure operational excellence and best-in-class services.
Align the supply chain with long-term principal distribution agreements, driving performance, contractual, and legal guidance across cost compliance, regulations, sustainability, and services.
Establish a long-term partner management program with small and medium enterprise logistics providers and warehouse providers.
* Direct all regional supply and logistics policies, procedures, and activities to maximize efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
* Define and implement a supply chain management strategy for the region, ensuring a high degree of customer focus and satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* University degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
* MBA preferred.
* Minimum 15 years of experience managing complex global supply chains with budgets exceeding $20 million.
* Solid experience in managing transportation and logistical modes to deliver final products to customers.
* International business experience required.
* Strong background in supply chain management expertise and good understanding of ERP and CRM systems.
