Responsibilities
* Identify and develop opportunities for Bühler solutions
* Maintain and expand customer base
* Plan and execute sales visits to customers and prospects
* Listen to customers, actively monitor assigned markets, report and provide feedback about market intelligence
* Actively promote the Bühler portfolio of products and services
* Plan, prepare and execute sales negotiations
* Collect and maintain accurate information about accounts, contacts, sales leads and opportunities
* Act more independently in the daily sales activities
* Design basic sales strategies for the development of the assigned areas and markets
* Set priorities to fully explore Bühler's competitive advantages
* Establish a broad network within markets
* Develop an understanding of customer decision process and criteria
Required Skills
* Bachelor's Degree in engineering / businees or equivalent
* At least 5 years of experience in technical sales and customer service, including experience in rice solutions, rice milling technologies, and food processing solutions.
