Call Centre Agent FR & GER / IT or ENG 100%
Tasks :
* Respond to customer enquiries regarding products and services by telephone
* Identify sales opportunities and exploit them as actively as possible
* Arrange appointments for personalised advice
Profile :
* Completed initial training
* Good experience in customer service, call centre or sales
* Fluency in French and German mandatory, or Italian
* Very comfortable with digital technology and quick to familiarise with new systems
* Flexibility regarding working hours (including Saturdays occasionally)
