We are seeking a talented and motivated Construction Manager - Electrical / Bauleiter Elektrotechnik to join our high-impact data center projects in Frankfurt, Germany, and Zurich, Switzerland.
Role Overview:
* Coordinating and managing the electrical trades.
* Cooperating and negotiating with specialist engineers and subcontractors.
* Carrying out and coordinating project quality plans, including benchmarking and inspections.
* Coordinating building acceptance with authorities based on inspections.
* Verifying invoices based on site progress and writing progress reports.
* Coordinating installations, quality checks, and commissioning of electrical systems.
* Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations.
Role Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or related field. Alternatively, a technical career through an apprenticeship.
* Field Experience: At least three years of experience in a similar position.
* Technical Skills: Knowledge of project management software, scheduling software, BIM software (ACC, Navisworks, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with local regulations and industry norms.
* Language: Fluency in German and English.
* Workstyle: Strong work ethic with a passion for construction. Proactive, hands-on approach. Effective coordination within the team and clear communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
