PpLocation: Prilly, Switzerland /p h3TEST LEAD /h3 pAs Test Lead, you are an integral part of the software development teams working very closely with software engineers but also part of the SQC community of practice (around 30 people worldwide), contributing to global change via community initiatives and putting your skills and experience at the service of other Test Leads as well as benefitting from their support and from continuous learning and exchanges. /p h3ROLE /h3 pAs part of the team and if the community: /p ul liEnsure that software development teams apply the Testing Methodology (SOP) /li liCollaborate with software development teams to ensure product and solution quality at every stage of the development process. /li liTest continuously the solution to detect bugs as soon as possible /li liReview product design documentation to ensure that the requirements stated are correct, unambiguous and verifiable /li liDefine test plans, design test cases, execute and create test reports to describe programme evaluation, testing and correction /li liReport bugs according to guidelines, make sure that the defect tracking system is always updated /li liUse quality and tracking tools to trace the progress of the job Jira. /li liMaintain effective communication with assigned projects and development teams /li liEnsure all automated tests integrate with continuous integration and delivery processes. /li liTest automation skills (Java/Selenium or playwright/Postman) /li liMonitor regularly the automation results and diagnose the failures. /li liAutomate the test cases and maintain the automation updated. /li /ul h3PROJECT/PRODUCT TEST LEAD /h3 ul liDefine and maintain test strategy /li liIdentify areas for improvement in test processes and propose solutions to increase efficiency and quality /li liProvide Management with a valid and unambiguous status of the project from a quality point of view /li liAnalyze time required and project impact based on time and test coverage estimation /li liEnsure that Quality gates (unit test, quality code, etc) are implemented. /li /ul h3PROFILE /h3 ul liDemonstrated experience in Test automation (preference with Java + Playwright or selenium) and manual testing /li liExperience with GIT. /li liExperience testing microservices /li liMinimum 5 years in solution quality assurance role /li liExperience/Knowledge in version control and release management is a plus /li liBachelor's degree in engineering, science or information technology or equivalent education /li liCertified ISQTB /li liLogical, precise, with strong analytical and problem solving skills /li liResults oriented, goal driven personality /li liAbility to prioritize and work independently /li liCoordination, communication and reporting skills /li liSelf-starter highly organized and works well with all functional levels in the organization /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
