Why do we need you? As part of the development of our laboratory services and to support our LIS Specialist, we are looking for a Specialist to develop and configure the LIS programs and participate in various projects. What will you be doing? Define functional needs for the LIS in collaboration with the Supervisory Committee and ensure the availability of tools for various sectors. Manage the LIS systems including configurations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to ad hoc maintenance protocols. Monitor projects according to priorities. Oversee the prescription process for analysis requests to prescribers. Establish necessary procedures according to ISO standards. Train, advise, assist, and support staff during maintenance or technical issues related to the equipment and address questions from doctors, patients, and staff regarding the LIS.Who will you be working with? The team consists of 30 members and works daily to provide quality services to prescribers in a friendly and collaborative spirit. In this position, you will be supervised by Marie, the Head of LIS, who is committed to maintaining a dynamic atmosphere within the department. With several years of experience in the field of medical biology, she will help you progress in your areas of interest and carry out projects with the support of a cohesive team and diverse expertise.What do you need? Required qualifications: Degree in biomedical analysis or equivalent. Professional experience in a laboratory and autonomy. Problem-solving orientation and the ability to maintain trusting relationships. Your assets: Professional experience in biomedical analysis. Experience in LIS configuration. Additional knowledge in coding is a plus. Knowledge of LIS Molis and ISO standards. Good project management skills.
