Identity & Access Management Team Member
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in ensuring the operational and security maintenance of identity tools.
Your Responsibilities
* Create and manage client portfolios.
* Identify target companies and prospects: SMEs, mid-sized companies, large corporations.
* Multichannel prospecting (phone, email, etc.).
* Convert leads generated by marketing initiatives (SEO, inbound marketing, content marketing, etc.).
* Schedule meetings with HR decision-makers.
* Closing deals by proposing tailored commercial strategies.
* Foster client relationships and retention in collaboration with Customer Success Managers.
* Promote and sell innovative solutions, including SaaS subscriptions.
Your Skills
* Strong sales and business development aptitude.
* At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B service sales in Switzerland, preferably in human resources or recruitment sectors.
* Professional English proficiency is mandatory.
* German or Swiss German fluency is an asset.
