We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant / Manager to lead and manage HR transformation projects. You will play a pivotal role in revamping HR Target Operating Models, enhancing technology infrastructure, and driving strategic initiatives that optimise HR functions across hire-to-retire, onboarding, and talent management **How you can make an impact ** * Lead end-to-end HR transformation projects, including redesigning HR Target Operating Models and service delivery. * Develop and implement strategies to optimise HR processes, systems, and organisational structures for improved efficiency and effectiveness. * Support clients in enhancing HR Shared Service Centres, managing outsourcing, and redefining the role of HR Business Partners. * Advise clients on assessing their HR technology landscape and recommend market-leading digital HR solutions. * Conduct HR diagnostic programmes to identify improvement opportunities and deliver actionable insights. * Design future-ready HR organisations aligned with business goals and emerging trends, including AI developments in HR. * Utilise strong numerical and analytical skills to build robust business cases supporting transformation initiatives **Who We Are Looking For ** * Minimum 4+ years experience in HR, consulting, project management, or related analytical roles within international organisations....
