We are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to support client migrations for Corporate Clients in Switzerland as a Front Office Integration Manager. This role is vital in ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and transparent migration process.
As a Front Office Integration Manager, your responsibilities will include supporting and managing the migration of our Corporate clients from Credit Suisse to the UBS platform. You will provide essential services to our front organization, ensuring all migration-related tasks are handled professionally and promptly. Success in this role requires quick connection of business needs to process, eagerness to develop new skills, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executing migration tasks such as data remediation, client preparation, migration meetings, product and pricing verification, and administrative duties.
2. Coordinating with stakeholders like Relationship Managers, Client Advisors, and other partners to execute the migration plan and resolve issues.
3. Supporting RMs/CAs in preparing for client meetings related to migration.
4. Serving as a point of contact for migration questions from RMs/CAs and clients.
5. Maintaining a client-centered approach to ensure a smooth migration journey.
6. Managing pre- and post-migration activities, including data cleanup and issue resolution.
Team Environment
You will work with the Client Management team in Geneva, closely linked to the Corporate & Real Estate Switzerland Integration Office. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to build a broad network across departments such as credit risk, legal, compliance, and operations, impacting UBS's reputation positively.
Candidate Profile
* Front-facing experience in corporate banking.
* Ability to analyze client information and documentation.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills in French and English.
* Agile, prioritization skills, comfort with ambiguity, and resilience.
* Knowledge of corporate products and client management tools.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
