Job Description
Payroll Administration
* Collect, verify, and accurately input fixed and variable payroll data.
* Prepare and review all documents required for payroll processing.
* Issue annual documents such as salary certificates and tax-related documentation.
* Guarantee the accuracy and compliance of all payroll-related information.
HR Administration
* Manage work permit applications and renewals.
* Provide time management support (corrections, counter monitoring, shift schedules, etc.).
* Administer family allowance cases (new applications, amendments, cancellations).
* Check and update employee data in Workday.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
* Organize and conduct the administrative onboarding of new employees, including explaining the HR admin pack (taxes, social insurance, digital tools, etc.).
* Prepare exit-related documents such as unemployment certificates, salary certificates, and employment confirmations.
The Successful Applicant
* Swiss HR Certificate is mandatory.
* Fluency in French; English required to interact with international stakeholders.
* Strong experience in payroll and HR administration.
* High sense of customer service, discretion, and confidentiality.
* Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
* Comfortable with numbers, structured, pragmatic, and a strong team player.
