Your Responsibilities

* Place consultants on projects as part of service offerings.

* Conduct market and competitive analysis to find new opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
* Be part of the management team.
Your Profile
* Business administration education with understanding of IT and consulting markets.
* Senior sales experience in Switzerland.
* Strong network with decision-makers.
* Ability to activate a CHF 1 million consultancy proposition during the hiring process.
* Experience leading small teams is a plus.
* Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
* Fluent in English; German, French, or Italian is a strong plus.
