Senior Software Product Manager – Quantum-Safe Cybersecurity

Position overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution for the development and delivery of our Quantum Safe software products. As part of the Quantum-Safe Product Management team, you will be owning both the technological as well as the commercial Go To Market of the next generation of secure, scalable, and interoperable Quantum Key Management Solution (Q-KMS) platform. Your own industry experience coupled with the help of the IDQ’s Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing teams will allow you to deliver a state of the art solution that supports modern cryptographic needs — including Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), to facilitate our customer long-term quantum safe strategy and migration.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the strategic roadmap for the Q-KMS product line, align with other company product lines (including QKD and QRNG) strategy, market demand, and emerging regulatory and technological trends.
* Drive end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through development, launch, and ongoing optimization — with a focus on enterprise-scale deployments and seamless integration.
* Lead product discovery, user research, and requirements gathering to understand and anticipate customer use cases and ecosystem integration points.
* Collaborate with the Technology Partnerships Manager to ensure smooth interoperability with the targeted ecosystems.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Security Architects to define scalable design and secure solutions and interfaces.
* Stay up-to-date with advancements in quantum communication technologies and related regulatory frameworks.
* Partner with standard and certification team to ensure product compliance with current industry standards and help the team shape future Quantum Safe standardization efforts.
* Work with customer success teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
* Serve as an internal and external evangelist for key management, contributing to product demonstration, technical marketing, documentation, and enablement.
* Monitor competitive landscape and guide differentiation strategy.
Requirements
* 5-8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise cyber security, cryptographic infrastructure, or key/certificate management solutions
* Excellent understanding of Cryptographic-agility and algorithm transition (including QKD and PQC support)
* Deep understanding of symmetric/asymmetric encryption, key exchange protocols, secure storage, and identity/authentication models.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Self-starter, tech savvy, eager to learn, team-player, organized and able to work in a fastpaced environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French is a plus.
Preferred qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
* Experience working with or integrating HSMs, cloud KMS platforms, open-source or commercial tools, security products in cloud-native, SaaS, or telecom/critical infrastructure contexts.
* Good understanding of standard (KMIP, PKCS#11, FIPS 140-3, NIST SP 800-57)
