Main Responsibilities
* Assist in shaping and maintaining internal legal frameworks, including the development of standardized documentation and procedures.
* Provide legal guidance on a variety of operational matters, including partnerships, service agreements, and external collaborations.
* Review, draft, and negotiate contracts across different areas of the organization, ensuring alignment with internal policies and risk tolerance.
* Contribute to internal awareness and understanding of legal and regulatory obligations through training and advisory support.
* Participate in cross‑functional initiatives requiring legal input, including procurement, compliance, and institutional governance.
* Support the legal team in managing day‑to‑day legal queries and ensuring consistent documentation and record‑keeping.
Qualifications & Experience
* Advanced degree in Swiss law (Bachelor or Master) is mandatory.
* 5 / 8 years of relevant experience, ideally including in‑house exposure; law firm experience also considered.
* Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and procurement processes is beneficial.

Practical, solution‑focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
