The role focuses on hands‑on execution, coordination, and delivery to ensure Supply Chain requirements are effectively integrated into the PLM solution and program milestones are achieved. This position requires strong project management discipline, cross‑functional coordination, and the ability to manage internal and external (Jabil) dependencies in a complex transformation environment. /p h3Roles and Responsibilities /h3 ul liProject Execution /li liDrive day‑to‑day execution of Supply Chain / External Manufacturing activities within PLM Phase 1 /li liMaintain and track integrated project plan, milestones, and deliverables /li liEnsure delivery in line with scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations /li liBusiness Owner Support /li liTranslate Supply Chain priorities into structured project plans and actions /li liPrepare executive‑ready materials (status updates, risks, decision points) /li liSupport governance forums (e.g., Steering Committee, workstream reviews) /li liCross‑Functional Coordination /li liCoordinate across IT, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams /li liEnsure alignment of Supply Chain requirements with PLM system design /li liFacilitate issue resolution and ensure timely escalation where required /li liExternal Manufacturing (Jabil) Integration /li liTrack and manage dependencies and interfaces with Jabil / External Manufacturing partners /li liSupport alignment of external partner requirements with internal PLM deliverables /li liMaintain visibility of risks impacting program timelines, scope or budget /li liRisk Dependency Management /li liMaintain risk, issue, and dependency logs with mitigation actions /li liProactively identify and elevate risks impacting milestones /li liEnsure transparency across workstreams and stakeholders /li liReporting Documentation /li liDeliver structured, data‑driven reporting (status, risks, milestones) /li liMaintain key project artifacts (plans, trackers, decision logs) /li liEnsure clear and consistent communication across stakeholders /li /ul h3How to Succeed /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field /li li5+ years of project management experience in cross‑functional environments /li liDemonstrated project execution experience (planning, tracking, risk management) /li liStrong communication skills across global teams /li liAbility to bridge business and technical requirements and drive execution /li liProven experience of system transformation projects /li liAgile methodologies /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liExperience in Supply Chain, Operations, or External Manufacturing /li liExperience in large transformation programs (PLM, ERP, digital) /li liExperience working in regulated environments (quality/compliance) /li liLean / Six Sigma experience /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pThis role offers a very competitive hourly rate.
