Job Description
1. Act as a trusted partner to executive directors and managers by providing strategic advice and support in organizational development, talent management, and employee career paths.
2. Provide HR expertise to managers in all aspects of personnel management, including job evaluation,pensation, internal mobility, promotions, performance issues, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.
3. Manage recruitment processes to ensure thepany attracts and hires the key talents required to fulfill its mission.
4. Guide and coordinate the employee performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
5. Offer personalized advice and support to employees throughout their careers, based on their individual needs and requests.
6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prevent and resolveplaints and conflict situations in a constructive and respectful manner.
7. Ensurepliance with legal and administrative frameworks.
8. Contribute to the evolution of HR practices and enhance thepany's attractiveness as an employer of choice by participating in the development of HR policies, processes, best practices, and involvement in cross-functional and strategic projects.
The Successful Applicant
9. University degree with a specialization in Human Resources, or equivalent education and experience.
10. 5 to 7 years of experience in similar HR roles within a large organization or institution, including managing large employee populations and leading teams both directly and indirectly.
11. Solid knowledge of Swiss legal and administrative HR frameworks; familiarity with public law is a plus.
12. Fluency in French and English (spoken and written); German is an asset.
13. Strong customer orientation, ideally with experience in a service-oriented environment.
14. Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills, both oral and written, with a collaborative mindset and a strong team spirit.
15. Proven ability to manage priorities, remainposed under pressure, and handleplex and sensitive situations with discretion, empathy, and diplomacy.
