Job Description
Support entities worldwide with IFRS technical or reporting process‑related questions during the group’s month‑end close process and perform analysis of entity reporting packages
Prepare the group’s consolidated IFRS quarterly and annual reports
Serve as the IFRS accounting expert for the group, notably:
Provide IFRS technical advice to entities, incl. the preparation of accounting memos on more complex topics
Drive the continuous improvement of the group accounting policy and accounting guidance
Contribute to the proper application of changes in IFRS requirements (e.g., IFRS 18)
Be a key contact for group audit process matters
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the financial reporting process
Qualifications
Commercial education with advanced studies in Accounting (Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Finance and Accounting, Business Economist HF, CPA, ACCA, or similar)
Strong IFRS technical expertise
Practical experience with IFRS audits, either as part of an audit firm or as part of a multinational group
Experience with SAP ERP as well as consolidation tools (e.g., SAP and/or OneStream) is highly desirable
Excellent analytical, communication and coordination skills
Fluent in English is required; German and/or French is a plus
