MASTER PLANNER (m/f/d) - 100% As a Master Planner, you take on a central role in aligning customer demand with production capacity. You ensure smooth operations, on‑time deliveries, and continuous improvement. Location: Mezzovico (TI). Contract type: Permanent. Start date: Immediately or by agreement.
Responsibilities Creation & Maintenance of the MPS: Development and continuous updating of the Master Production Schedule, considering customer demand, capacities, and material availability, and integration into the ERP system including purchasing requirements.
Capacity and Feasibility Planning: Responsibility for Rough‑Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) within the S&OP process and ensuring that the production plan is realistic and 100% achievable.
Cross‑functional Coordination: Close collaboration with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure an integrated and realistic planning approach.
Monitoring & Optimization: Analysis of demand, material, and capacity data, identification of bottlenecks, and initiation of appropriate measures to optimize utilization, prioritization, and batch sizes.
Process, KPI, and Data Management: Further development of planning processes and tools, ensuring data quality (BOM, master data), KPI reporting, and adherence to delivery deadlines and service‑level targets, including EOL management.
Profile Education: Degree in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
Certifications: APICS CPIM or similar planning‑related certifications are an advantage.
Systems knowledge: Experience with SAP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, and Microsoft365 applications.
Skills: Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive way of working.
