Key Account Manager, Permanent Contract, 100%Elis Cleanroom is a specialist in contamination control in all areas of clothing and accessory needs for cleanrooms. Our solutions include clothing, cleaning systems, cleanroom mats, sterile goggles, and shoes. With 28 ultra-clean laundries in 17 countries and serving Switzerland in particular via the Brügg site, we offer strict contingency, which allows our clients to have peace of mind. We are part of the Elis group, a specialist in textile, hygiene, and facility services. We are partners to our clients and support them day after day to contribute to their success. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:Key Account Manager on a permanent contract, 100%What we expect from you:- Very active prospecting of new clients (cleanroom laundry sector) with a focus on pharmaceutical, biotechnological, med-tech, and semiconductor industry companies. New client acquisition is the main mission- Identify and contact decision-makers in a targeted manner, whether at the management or specialized department level, in order to convince them and develop new opportunities- Development and strengthening of long-term clients, including personalized follow-up of acquired key accounts- Cross-selling and promotion of our range for cleanrooms available throughout Switzerland: validated cleanroom clothing, treatment processes, logistics and supply concepts, additional services, and equipment- Autonomous management of a market area and territory including the construction of a pipeline and the prioritization of potentials- Preparation of needs analyses, concepts, offers, and conduct of negotiations up to the conclusion of contracts- Close collaboration with our cleanroom production site to meet regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitors as well as to define concrete measuresWhat you bring:- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally supplemented by studies in distribution or life sciences- Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in services related to cleanrooms, textile rental systems, or sectors related to life sciences- Conquest spirit and proven success in establishing new client structures, ideally on the Swiss market- Excellent presence and ability to unite your interlocutors around your ideas- Autonomous working method, strong orientation towards results, team spirit, and willingness to travel- Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of EnglishHave we sparked your interest?
