PpSECUTIX is the Full House Ticketing partner for high performers in sport and culture — powering some of the world's most complex live event programmes including FIFA, UEFA, Wimbledon, and Major League Cricket. As we scale internationally and extend our offer from pure technology to full managed services, we are adding a Bid Manager to raise the quality and rigour of our responses to complex international tenders. /p pThe Account Executive owns bid strategy. Your role is to make that strategy land — structuring the written response, challenging the argument, and ensuring every section of the submission reflects the sharpness of our commercial positioning. You will also play a critical enabling role as our full services offers create new cross-functional challenges: legal entity structure in new geographies, payment and contract frameworks, and service-level commitments that our supporting functions are actively developing. You will be a key bridge between commercial ambition and operational readiness. /p pThis role is based in Lausanne to work in close proximity to SecuTix leadership and HQ functions — the proximity is deliberate. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 h3Response quality rigour /h3 ul liStructure and write the core response narrative — executive summary, value proposition, key differentiators — in close collaboration with the AE /li liChallenge drafts: identify weak arguments, unanswered evaluator questions, and generic positioning before submission /li liCoordinate input from PreSales, Legal, Finance, and Product; hold contributors to timeline and quality standards /li liManage compliance matrices, review gates, and zero-defect submission process /li /ul h3Cross-functional enablement on full services bids /h3 ul liIdentify and elevate structural gaps early in the bid process — entity, legal, payment, or service delivery challenges that require new solutions from supporting functions /li liWork with Finance, Legal, and Operations to develop reusable frameworks as STX's full services offer matures /li liEnsure complex service commitments are accurately reflected in responses and properly supported by internal sign-off /li /ul h3Institutional capability /h3 ul liBuild and maintain a bid content library, proof-point bank, and response templates /li liContribute to raising the overall bid quality standard across the commercial organisation /li liLead post-submission debriefs and feed learnings back into process and content /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 h3Experience background /h3 ul li5–8 years of experience, with a strong foundation in management consulting (manager level or equivalent) and/or enterprise B2B bid management in complex technology or managed services environments /li liProven track record on competitive international tenders — ideally technology, sports, or live events — with deals €1M TCV /li liExperience navigating cross-functional complexity: legal, finance, operations involvement in bid responses /li liExperience managing bids involving complex procurement governance — multi-stakeholder, committee-based, or multi-entity evaluation processes — is a strong asset /li liExperience in the sports or live events industry is a plus /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liExceptional written communication in English; French a strong asset /li liAbility to structure complex arguments — not just populate templates /li liCommercial and contractual literacy: understands service-level framing, risk allocation, pricing logic, and how legal/financial structure affects bid credibility /li liStrong coordination instincts — able to hold contributors accountable without direct authority /li /ul h3Mindset /h3 ul liYou read a draft and ask: what question does this fail to answer for the evaluator? /li liYou bring strategic rigor to a function that often defaults to administration /li liYou're a strong enough communicator to push back on the AE when the argument isn't landing — and collaborative enough to do it constructively /li liYou're comfortable working at the intersection of commercial, legal, and operational — and energized by complexity rather than unsettled by it /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
