Job Description
We are looking for an Institutional Relationship Manager Assistant to to reinforce our Institutional Business Development department. Your daily job will be as follows:
* Supporting Relationship Managers with all administrative tasks
* Assist Business Development Managers with the prospects at onboarding initiation and continuous follow up in until submission of the application to compliance.
* Provide full support to all Business Development Managers to ensure a high service level and meet the team targets.
* Monitoring and ensuring compliance with service levels, and conducting corresponding quality controls
* Daily monitoring of smooth execution and settlement dashboard and coordination of solution.
* Updating customer data and account settings
* Handle incoming calls from prospects, clients and other departments.
* Handle general internal and external correspondence and mailing.
* Conduct periodic customer due diligence reviews.
* Coordinate with other departments (Legal and Compliance, BO, Payments) all operational day to day questions.
* Other administration/ sales tasks as assignment from Line Manager.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management or Business Administration, or nearing graduation
* You are interested in global finance and comfortable working in the stock market environment.
* French and English speaker (mother tongue or fluent), working proficiency in Spanish, Italian and/or German is a plus.
* A previous experience of minimum 1 year in customer care or relationship management, in a financial services context, is mandatory.
* Rigorous, great sense of priorities and excellent organizational skills.
* You have a talent in efficiency and strong communications skills.
* You have an open-minded, team-oriented spirit and you are capable to work under pressure.
