Mission
The Assistant Investment Advisor plays a key role in providing support to the Investment Advisory team with the aim to deliver tailored investment solutions within the Europe & Mediterranean region.
Main responsibilities
* Provide organizational support to the Investment Advisory team
* Preparing client presentations, reports and investment proposals
* Handle client documentation and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
* Prepare the necessary documentation for client meetings and business trips for Investment Advisors
* Provide support to the team in the preparation of market search and investment analysis
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth communication
Your Profile
* Degree in a related field (banking apprenticeship, CYP, banking internship or similar)
* Private Banking certificate, SAQ or other equivalent certification a plus
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or within private banking
* Good banking knowledge and interest in financial markets, investment products and wealth management
* Team spirit, inter-personal skills, highly service and client oriented, strong organizational and time-management skills
* Fluent in French and English, any additional language is an added value
