Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
vacancy for our Zurich based client in the insurance sector.
Your Tasks
* Analyzing and translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
* Designing workflows, data models, and user interfaces in close collaboration with business stakeholders
* Communicating Salesforce standard functionalities and guiding business teams in adapting their processes accordingly
* Serving as the bridge between business and development teams: documenting and aligning on solution designs
* Supporting integration with external systems (e.g., policy systems, document management, email workflows)
Your Experience/knowledge
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce project experience in a similar role (Solution Engineer / Consultant / Business Analyst)
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, data modeling, and process design
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills – ability to translate complex concepts into actionable solutions
* Experience in the insurance industry (e.g., post-sales processes, claims, products) is a strong plus
* Language skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus
