Job Description We’re seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a major pharmaceutical construction project. You will act as the Owner’s Representative, driving construction execution across design, procurement, safety, quality, cost, schedule, commissioning and close-out. Pre‑Construction Support project stage gate reviews and budgeting. Coordinate schedules, estimates, design activities and constructability reviews. Assist with contract negotiations and permitting. Drive value engineering and manage early scope gaps/changes. Construction Lead contractor and vendor management on-site. Oversee change control, cost reviews and schedule reporting. Ensure strong document control, QA/QC processes, and issue resolution. Provide early warnings on budget, schedule and risk. Commissioning Act as key liaison between commissioning teams, contractors, and owner stakeholders. Close-Out Initiate and manage project close-out, snag lists and documentation. Finalise change orders, quality issues, invoices, warranties and O&M materials. Support final project accounting. Qualifications A degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a relate
