The CDS Business Support and Development Team is responsible for managing day-to-day operational administrative aspects in close collaboration with the Account Opening and Modification Team. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport daily requests and maintain internal guides up to date. /liliAssist stakeholders by implementing new forms into the CRM/CLM system and defining associate processes. /liliPerform LEI applications and renewals. /liliManage form‑related internal master‑data. /liliCreate and adapt internal work instructions concerning the handling of all Swiss Julius Baer forms in cooperation with relevant specialist departments (Legal Compliance or the Tax Department). /liliSupport the Client Documentation team regarding bank forms and their handling/processes. /liliClarify with Legal Compliance and other specialist departments. /liliPublish or adapt guidelines and procedures in the internal Team Net or commission new or existing guidelines. /liliReview end‑to‑end processes in Client Documentation Services for efficiency, compliance, and client experience. /liliMaintain master data for forms. /liliManage LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) applications and renewals. /liliSupport clean‑up exercises. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBanking apprenticeship and/or higher education. /liliAt least 3 years of professional experience in client documentation services. /liliKnowledge of banking regulatory requirements regarding due diligence (CDB). /liliExperience handling client database systems such as CRM, CLM, KYC tools. /liliExperience within a financial institution and sound knowledge of banking practices. /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail and structured thinking. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German. /liliProactive, solution‑driven mindset with a strong willingness to learn and contribute. /liliAbility to manage competing priorities under pressure, work collaboratively in teams, and adapt swiftly to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. /liliProficient user of MS Office applications, Excel and PowerPoint. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
