You’re great at communicating with clients and giving presentations, and you thrive when working together with top management levels. How about using your knowledge about the structure of shared service organizations and process design in order to accompany national and international clients on their transformation journey, preparing them for the future?

Then live your passion in a position where you put matters such as shared services, competitiveness, process design and global operational models onto the top management’s agenda, showing our clients how to build flexible end-to-end solutions, shaping and implementing highly efficient shared service organizations with the right process and data governance model as well as with state-of-the-art technologies and platforms.
What awaits you
* As a senior consultant, you‘ll work closely with industry consultants, functional transformation teams and technology experts in order to shape end-to-end organizations with focus on shared services for our clients.
* In complex surroundings, you’ll lead projects and build trusting relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders.
* Also, you’ll take part in the acquisition of new projects.
* As the further development of employees is of central importance for Accenture, you’ll steadily expand your responsibility for colleagues and projects on an international scale.
What we’re looking forward to
* University degree (with very good grades) in economics, business administration or engineering.
* Several years of experience in shared service organizations and/or in process design, either in a consulting company or in the industry; project management experience in an intercultural environment.
* You’re interested in technology and digital solutions, are great at communication and holding presentations, have an eye for detail as well as for the big picture, an entrepreneurial spirit, a visionary mind, and a healthy dose of pragmatism.
