We are excited to invite applications for the position of Sr. Brand Manager Professional Oral Care which is part of the Europe Marketing Division team. In this role, you will lead key strategic growth initiatives for Professional Oral Care Products.
The job location will be Therwill, Switzerland
How will you contribute to this role?:
As part of an international group, your main purpose will be to identify, develop and manage strategic professional oral care initiatives and projects to drive the Category and Brand, including new product development and Global projects.

Drive Innovation: Priority will be to Guide cross:functional teams in leading product innovation process from discovery until go to market strategies ready for implementation. However, the role will also need to drive innovation in the way we communicate our products, and engage with all stakeholders.

Identify and formulate pioneering innovation strategies and plans. Create people:centric approaches that resonate with healthcare professionals to improve recommendation and prescription.

Define the opportunity spaces, solutions and the registration and market access pathways.
:
Work closely with the global teams to establish Europe as the global innovation hub.
:
Partner with commercial, Scientific Affairs, R and D, and Insights teams to enhance and expand existing plans and products while continually identifying new and novel opportunities. Foster a collaborative environment to leverage cross:disciplinary expertise for strategic advancements.

Strategically influence hub marketing plans, align with brand goals, and ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements.

Collaborate closely with the brand teams to align and execute strategies that fulfill the Europe Brand Strategy and goals. Promote a unified approach that bridges professional and consumer brand initiatives.

Value proposition development: Translate complex clinical, economic, and real:world evidence into compelling narratives that demonstrate the products value to are key stakeholders in the profession.

Monitor market dynamics: Analyze market trends, policy changes, and competitor landscapes to inform strategic
decisions and identify potential barriers and opportunities.
