What you will do:
* Support organizational development initiatives to enhance culture, leadership capabilities, and organizational effectiveness across Axpo.
* Conduct data-driven culture analysis by evaluating employee engagement data, survey results, and organizational metrics to inform strategies.
* Coordinate the Great Place to Work 2026 program across multiple business areas, ensuring alignment and successful delivery.
* Collaborate with experienced professionals to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
What you bring & who you are:
* Bachelor’s degree (minimum 4 semesters completed) or currently pursuing a master’s in business administration, organizational development, data science, psychology, or related fields.
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
* Genuine interest in culture transformation, leadership development, and the energy sector.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
* Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
* Ideally, prior experience in project management, data analysis, or communications.
