The E-Commerce Omnichannel Intern has the mission to support the E-commerce Omnichannel Project Manager in all activities related to Omnichannel projects (Ship from Stores, Buy Online Pick up in-store, I-Pad in-store/GStock and, where applicable, Buy Online Return in-store).
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support in carrying out of Omnichannel Projects;
* Support in all analyses related to Omnichannel projects;
* Support in the preparation of materials related to Omnichannel projects;
* Support in liaising with B2C Customer Care team, MIS team, Retail Operations team and all internal dpt. that may be involved in Omnichannel projects;
* Support in liaising with stores involved in Omnichannel projects.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree;
* Previous working experience in Customer Care or in a store;
* Fluent English. Any additional language is considered a plus;
* Good knowledge of Office package;
* Organizational skills, cooperative and flexible;
* Team working and communication skills;
* Attention to details;
* Think outside the box.
