As a Digital Designer, you will be part of our seven-member Marketing & Communication team and complement our design unit, which currently consists of four people.
Your main focus will be in the digital area. This includes especially design developments and optimizations on our website and other digital platforms of Hostpoint. Together with the design team, you will further develop our online and offline presence and take on various other design tasks such as videos, animations, icons/graphics, and display banners. In this key role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders from various departments as well as management.
Your tasks
* You conceive and design new product pages for the Hostpoint website and revise existing pages. You accompany the implementation from the first drafts to the handover to the web developers.
* You support our product designers and software developers in the further development of our web applications in the UX/UI area.
* You design various other communication media for web, control panel, social media, etc.
* You ensure that our corporate design and visual guidelines are adhered to and, together with the rest of the design unit, are responsible for the further development and maintenance of the central design assets.
Your profile
* You have a completed degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, Visual Communication, or an equivalent education (EFZ in the graphic field with corresponding further training).
* You have at least 5 years of professional experience, during which you have gained extensive experience on both the agency and corporate sides.
* You have a passion for digital design, possess skills in UX/UI, and are enthusiastic about the latest trends and technologies in the UX environment.
* You are used to working with Figma and design systems and are also well acquainted with the industry-standard Adobe Suite applications (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
* You are proficient in video production (concept, shooting, post-production) and can also create convincing animations.
* As a bonus, you have experience with modern generative AI tools for image and video creation (Nano Banana, Kling, Veo, Sora, etc.).
* You are a team player and act confidently in your interface role between different stakeholders. You take proactive responsibility and drive projects forward. You always work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
