We are looking for a Data/AI Program Manager to lead a full‑scale Data & Analytics transformation across multiple departments of one of our key clients.
Your Mission
You will be the architect of the client’s data vision, ensuring alignment, performance, and scalability of their data ecosystem.
Your responsibilities will include:
Audit & Analysis
* Conduct a detailed audit of data and analytics systems across several departments.
* Identify existing inconsistencies, redundancies, and inefficiencies in data management and reporting tools.
* Evaluate data quality, governance practices, and the use of analytics platforms.
* Define a global data strategy and roadmap to harmonize processes and tools between departments.
* Recommend architecture improvements and technology solutions adapted to business needs.
* Support the client in selecting the most relevant solutions (Data Platform, BI, AI, etc.).
Implementation & Change Management
* Design the implementation plan and oversee deployment of the new data ecosystem.
* Drive user adoption through training, support, and operational guidelines.
* Set up data governance models, policies, and KPIs to ensure long‑term consistency.
Innovation & Technological Watch
* Continuously monitor market innovations in the Data & AI space (Data Mesh, GenAI, advanced analytics, governance frameworks, etc.).
* Identify emerging technologies that could bring value to the client’s ecosystem.
Your Profile
* 10+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or data architecture.
* Proven background in multi‑entity data transformation projects.
* Deep understanding of data governance, cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik…).
* Experience leading cross‑departmental initiatives and managing change at executive level.
* Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluency in English; French and/or German would be a plus.
