OverviewPlatform Support Engineer – Wireless SolutionsWe’re looking for a Platform Support Engineer to join a growing wireless solutions team, supporting complex communication systems in a demanding industrial environment.This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy deep system troubleshooting, data flow analysis, and working at the intersection of software, networking, and industrial systems.Your RoleYou will play a key role in maintaining and improving platform reliability, ensuring seamless communication across complex wireless systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve system-level issues across Linux-based platformsAnalyse data flows and identify root causes of communication failuresDevelop scripts for automation, monitoring, and diagnosticsSupport deployment and configuration of systems in industrial environmentsCollaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance and stabilityRequirementsStrong hands-on experience with Linux (administration, troubleshooting, daily usage)Scripting skills in Python (or similar) for automation and diagnosticsSolid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, data flow)Experience in IT/OT environments or industrial communication systemsFamiliarity with automation tools such as Ansible (or equivalent)Strong debugging mindset with the ability to trace complex system issuesLanguagesGerman and/or French (nice to have)Why JoinWork on advanced wireless communication systems in a highly technical environment where reliability and performance truly matter.
