About the Job
We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be our company's ambassador. With excellent communication skills and technical knowledge, you'll provide assistance to our SwissID users and business customers on digital signatures and certificates.
Key Responsibilities
* Support business customers with enquiries about certificates and PKI:
o Processing of enquiries and fault reports via phone, ticketing system, or email
o Active troubleshooting for major incidents
o Processing of change requests
o Supporting PKI users with interface connections and certificate installation
o Certificate clarification and revocation
* Support SwissID-users:
o Receiving technical customer enquiries in French, German, English, and Italian
o Login assistance for online services with SwissID
o Help with questions about online identity verification with the SwissID app
o Enquiries and support for qualified digital signatures according to ZertEs
o Electronic patient dossier and user support for digital onboarding
Requirements
* Completed training
* Customer service experience
* Strong IT affinity and knowledge (OIDC/PKI/data analysis)
* Good manners and friendliness
* Flexibility and reliability
* Quick comprehension and analytical mindset
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluency in French and solid German knowledge; Italian and English desirable
