Job Description:
To support business growth, we are seeking an experienced IC Front-End Quality Manufacturing Manager to ensure top-notch manufacturing quality in our wafer Fab and foundries. This role reports into the VP IC Operations and is responsible for overall manufacturing quality performance and compliance to automotive and customer requirements throughout all IC Front-End and External Foundries.
This position will drive a general quality approach by deploying quality policies, methods, and mindsets within the IC FE organization. The goal is to achieve zero defects expectations while ensuring adherence to IATF16949 standards and customers' requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* General Quality Drive: Deploy quality policy inside IC FE organization; deploy quality methods mindset jointly with Quality department towards zero defects expectation
* Process Change Management: Owner chairman of PCRB process in EMICFE ensures adherence to EM change management process secures potential risk changes secures EM supply chain customers gets expected benefits analyses ensures no collateral impact from change terms operational performances NC scraps yield mainly KPI analysis of PCRB drives CIP opportunities supports change management request foundries upon needs jointly with Front End Foundries Manager supplierquality
