Its turbogas fleet is already capable of burning between 40 and 70 per cent hydrogen, with the aim of reaching 100 per cent by 2030.PositionYour main responsibility is to ensure professional and reliable outage and inspection site management for our Service Business, based on broad knowledge and passion for our GT26 gas turbines.Your tasksManage international field teams on power plant outages in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.Ensure strict compliance with Ansaldo Energia's environmental, health, and safety policies.Maintain dedicated project control on-site in terms of quality, time, and cost.Represent Ansaldo Energia towards clients, partners, sub-contractors, and local authorities.Organize and implement site kick-off meetings, daily coordination, and feedback meetings with all parties involved on-site.Work closely with other Ansaldo Energia departments, local organizations, field staff, suppliers, and subcontractors.Set tasks and priorities, including deadlines, for the site team.Ensure the provision of local resources and materials for planned and unplanned work.Ensure feedback transfer to the home office.RequirementsYour profileMinimum three years of experience in managing construction or commissioning sites, preferably of gas turbine maintenance.Strong leadership qualities with interpersonal skills.Customer-oriented with good negotiation and communication skills.Motivated, reliable, goal-oriented team player with the ability to proactively manage conflicts.A qualified education and professional background relevant to heavy rotating machinery business.Flexible and able to work under pressure; willing to travel worldwide.Good command of written and spoken English.Deadline-driven working methods, professional planning, negotiation, and presentation skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Other informationYour benefit with usWork with passionate people.Participate in environmental sustainability efforts.Challenging work environment.Attractive and exciting products.Interaction with international colleagues.Flexible working conditions.Workplace in a beautiful, culturally rich Swiss city, close to Zurich and Basel.If you are interested in joining a future-oriented company, please submit your complete application documents.
