Main tasks:
* Implement standardized processes and workflows within the internal Program, identifying opportunities for automation and digitization
* Design efficient, end-to-end solutions in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and related business units
* Manage and actively participate in IT projects of varying size, ensuring timely delivery within scope
* Lead SAP sub-projects and drive changes to enable process automation
* Analyse processes based on incidents or business needs, identify improvements, and implement streamlined solutions
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of SCM processes in knowledge management systems
* Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders to align supply chain processes with overall business objectives and report on project progress and potential challenges
Your qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field
* Proven experience in Supply Chain environments, incident management, project management, or IT support
* Advanced SAP expertise (SAP S/4HANA) and solid understanding of software development
* Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English and German
