Job Description
Working closely with senior researchers, you will help identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable insights for our clients. Simultaneously, you will drive the flawless execution of Market Strategy & Understanding projects by working hand‑in‑hand with project managers to ensure a smooth, high‑quality delivery process.
Responsibilities
Manage End‑to‑End Research to partner with key international clients (FMCG, Pharma, Tobacco, Finance): design and manage research projects autonomously or with guidance, draft impactful questionnaires, control data quality, analyze quantitative data, and prepare high‑quality reports with actionable recommendations.
Coordinate Flawless Execution: act as the main project liaison between clients, the research team, and our international support hubs to monitor progress, budget and ensure smooth delivery, uncovering market opportunities and optimizing brand portfolios.
Desired qualifications, skills and experiences
University degree preferably in marketing/market research, social sciences, communication sciences or similar.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in market research, with a strong understanding of research methodologies, sampling and techniques.
Intellectual curiosity for clients’ organizations and sectors, actively seeking new knowledge and constructively challenging existing thinking.
Experience or strong interest in Market Strategy & Understanding: market opportunity intelligence, U&A, brand positioning and portfolio strategy.
Excellent command of English with dynamic presentation skills and an ability to build easy connections with clients.
Soft skills: organized, resilient, open‑minded and dynamic. A collaborative team player capable of thriving in an international environment, building relationships and managing tasks effectively across projects and teams. Agility and willingness to go the extra mile are essential.
Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of SPSS is required.
