Define and execute the Group's Supply Chain Strategy aligned with the overall business strategy, driving the transformation toward a best-in‑class digital supply chain.
Lead and develop our Global Logistics Centre in the areas of Procurement, Quality, and Operational Excellence, ensuring high performance and operational excellence.
Drive logistics, manufacturing, assembly, and ERP‑related transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer value.
Ensure outstanding operational performance, including on‑time delivery, service levels, quality standards, inventory management, and working capital optimization.
Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers, logistics providers, suppliers, and production partners across Europe and Asia.
Develop organizational capabilities through talent management, leadership development, training, and succession planning.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, accountability, and customer‑centricity across the global supply chain organization.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
8–10+ years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Assembly, and Quality Management within an international environment.
Proven expertise in supply chain strategy, logistics, automated warehousing, manufacturing operations, partner management, and business transformation.
Experience in a similar industry is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of financial drivers, working capital management, and ERP/logistics IT systems.
Business fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.
Demonstrated leadership success in multicultural environments, with the ability to inspire, develop, and lead high‑performing teams.
Results‑driven, pragmatic, and customer‑focused, with a strong process orientation and excellent stakeholder management skills.
