MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Support our responsible pharmacist for the Cecil and Bois-Cerf clinics in the following tasks: Ensure a secure, effective, and economical supply of medications for all clinic services. Participate in the development of the medication circuit, ensuring the security and continuity of treatments. Manage supply shortages. Develop the pharmacy service system by establishing procedures, handling medication-related incidents, and participating in audits. Participate in pharmacotherapeutic care and pharmacovigilance, respond to the pharmaceutical assistance hotline. Implement the group's pharmacy policy. Ensure service continuity and replace the pharmacist as needed. REQUIREMENTS Pharmacy degree or an equivalent qualification (MEBEKO recognition under your own professional responsibility for the canton of Vaud). Post-graduate FPH diploma in hospital pharmacy. Experience in a hospital setting. Capacity for listening and conveying essential information.
