With the opening of our new branch in Neuchâtel, we are looking for: Store Manager, full-time (80-100%). The Store Manager assumes overall responsibility for our new store in Neuchâtel, from the opening to its operation. You will lead, motivate, and develop your team, creating a positive working environment, and plan your team's schedules fairly. You will be responsible for visual merchandising and ensuring a commercial atmosphere in our store. You will manage merchandise orders, implement sales actions, and actively participate in the daily operations of the store: cash register, receipt of goods, and customer contact. You ensure that all store processes run smoothly and that sales targets are met. You bring a completed education in retail or experience in a similar role (for example, in hospitality or nursing), management experience, and the joy of leading a team and celebrating successes. You have a strong sense of responsibility, a hands-on mentality, and solid skills. Excellent command of French (C1 level) and good basic knowledge of English. You enjoy human contact, possess a motivating personality, and have a strong team spirit – you know how to bring people together, motivate, and inspire.
